Quick Plays: One of the Key Things to Include on Your Website

Hey guys Richard here, with a website tip. Make sure that your website has contact information clearly displayed at the top and bottom of every single page on your website.

Now it may seem obvious that tip may seem obvious, but you’d be surprised how many websites do not do this. The idea behind it is really customer service, don’t make it harder for customers to do business with you than it needs to be.

All you have to do is put a little bar at the top of your website that has your phone number, your email and whatever contact methods you have. The idea is that’s right there on the home page, top front and center. So if I go to the website, I don’t have to think, I don’t have to read, I don’t have to scroll, I don’t have to wait, I can just reach you, and that’s how you get the most business out of your website possible.

Because honestly, if your website is designed and it’s hard to find your contact info, the website is kind of pointless. The point of a website is to get people to know you and do business with you. So make sure the contact info is there.

You have a great-looking website. You have lots of information on it. People are enticed they’re like yeah cool, I want to try these guys out, or I want to try this product, or I want to do this, or I want to do that, but I can’t find how to contact them, so I’m going to go to this other guy who has his phone number front and center top of the website.

If there are any tips you would like to see, let us know, we’d be happy to share those with you!
