This 3-month intensive Bootcamp focuses on answering three important digital marketing questions:
Each student is guided through the process of answering these questions for their own business. This exercise will become the framework that will be used to define your brand, collect and create content, create campaign messaging, and finally determine where to place your message. Then we go through the process of putting this all together and building a real campaign that you can use for your business.

I feel extremely confident in this section. All the information discussed in this section was very easy to understand, and the examples used were easy to follow. I’m very excited to play around with some of the features on Instagram. Nicely done!!
All the information covered in this section was very well done, and informative. It was really good to know all the different aspects of Facebook and Instagram, and how to use all the different tools on those platforms. I’ve never tried making a “Facebook Story” before, and now I am very excited to try it out. Thanks for all this information!!! 🙂
This Lesson definitely improved my knowledge of psychographics and how to use them. The bigness of possibilities with this is pretty overwhelming, but Cris did a good job of showing you how to start small.
I have learned a lot from this program.
Using Canva is surprisingly very easy, and there are so many things to do! I will be using it for more creations down the road.
Ryan’s explanation of terms and the necessary steps to improve website rating with search engines is thorough and clear.

This gave me a way of looking at digital marketing that I had not considered before. There is a lot more intent behind digital marketing than just posting to social media and calling it good.
I found the SEO lesson to be incredibly useful. If it isn’t mentioned on your website, no one is going to know it exists!
I didn’t know branding was such a huge piece of the puzzle until doing this course! But now that I’ve watched the videos, and had the zoom calls with the nine10 team, I totally understand that it’s so important.
I am in love with Canva. I absolutely love that it makes it so easy to create something so beautiful to post on your social media, with very little effort (once you know your way around of course)

The Digital Marketing Bootcamp is a 12-week Professional Skills Development Training Program offered by Alberta-based company nine10 Incorporated. This program is aimed at small businesses who wish to train their in-house marketing teams to more effectively utilize branding, websites, SEO and social media to promote their business.
The program is delivered online, so businesses from all areas can participate and attend. The program utilizes Zoom for live group coaching calls, a web-based learning portal for instructional content, and a private Facebook group learning community that participants can network and learn from each other and the program instructors.
The program is open for rolling enrollment, meaning that businesses can register anytime to start their 12-week course, maximizing flexibility for busy owners and staff members.
Participants will receive access to the program, private peer group, and coaching calls for 12 weeks. It is expected that they will work through their assignments and complete them in that time. Students will retain access to the online learning portal for 1 year after completion of the program as well.
This program is aimed at small businesses who wish to train their staff to more effectively utilize branding, websites, SEO and social media to promote their business. To qualify for the program, businesses must have an established brand, modern CMS website and be established on either Facebook or Instagram, or both.
With so many platforms and options available to businesses, online marketing can be confusing and difficult to navigate. It can also cost a lot to hire an agency to execute day-to-day marketing tasks. But we believe that with a basic framework of knowledge, plus some tools and practice, any business can learn how to navigate the basics of search, social, and web marketing to be more independent, save money, and increase their competitive advantage. While they will still need professionals to help them with more advanced things, the simple daily things – and even moderately complex things – can be taught.
