Grassroots Realty Group was designed to be one the most technologically-advanced marketing machines in the Real Estate industry in Alberta. Employing technologies like drones, 3D imaging, virtual tours, and HD video trailers, they needed a website that could live up to the same standards and most importantly, set Grassroots apart from other brokerages.
MLS Search Engine Meets Storyteller
nine10 has one of the most advanced and user-friendly MLS search engines available for the Grande Prairie real estate region. We paired this technology with a Storyteller website package to create a Realtor website that is as beautiful as it is functional. The Storyteller package provides additional budget to really focus on the design, and in this case, dress up with the website with a funky high-end look and interactive features like animations when you scroll down the page.
Brokerage Team Listings
We then upgraded the website with the Brokerage Team module. This add-on is specific to brokerage websites and allows:
- Creating a page listing all of the Realtors, showing their photo, bio, contact info, and current MLS listings.
- Showing the Realtor’s profile & photo on their own listings when clients search for properties.
- Adds the option for clients to search all MLS listings, just the brokerage’s listings, or a specific Realtor’s listings from the search form.
Home Builder Search
Grassroots represents Harker Homes Ltd., so we built a feature to allow clients to search specific for Harker Homes listings. This allows Grassroots to feature Harker and better promote their properties. All of the data comes from MLS, so it’s hassle-free to maintain.
The homepage could only be complete with a video banner to make it really stand out. It wasn’t hard for Grassroots to provide the video, that’s for sure! And it’s a great example of using the right tool for the right purpose—in this case, to make Grassroots immediately stand out from other brokerages.
The website allows Grassroots to automate collection & display of testimonials from clients. Clients can use a form to submit a testimonial, which is moderated and published by Grassroots to the website in a few clicks.
With this brokerage and its agents being very active on social media, it only made sense to bring this together into a social wall on the website. The wall gathers all of the social posts of the brokerage as well as its agents and displays them in a Pinterest-style grid on the website.
