nine10 Update Regarding COVID-19

Our community’s health and well-being has always been one of nine10’s top priorities.

We’re back in the office full-time.

For the time being, we are back in the office full-time. We will be closely monitoring the ongoing situation and will follow precautions as they happen; for example, if there is an increase in COVID cases and it’s deemed best to go back to working remotely we will take that action.

We’re still fully operational.

The nine10 team has been able to continue serving clients without any interruption. We continue to be fully operational and are equipped to provide our usual high levels of service that our clients have come to expect. We are all accessible by telephone, conference call, email, and videoconferencing.

We are completing client projects as promised. We are also able to accept new clients.

In-person or virtual meetings are available by request.

We respect people’s varying comfort levels when it comes to being with other people in person. We are available in person or by phone, videoconference, email, or messaging. When clients visit us in person, we will be extra vigilant in cleaning all common surfaces including tables, door handles, chairs, etc. before and after meetings.

It is preferred that clients book meetings in advance so that we are able to accommodate recommended distancing and the proper cleaning protocols.
