nine10 Update Regarding COVID-19

Our community’s health and well-being has always been one of nine10’s top priorities.

We’ve gone fully remote.

Keeping in line with our community care philosophy, our entire team is now working remotely to observe social distancing during the COVID-19 emergency.

There is no foreseeable interruption in service from the nine10 team.

The nine10 team is fully operational and equipped to provide our usual high levels of service that our clients have come to expect. We are all accessible by telephone, conference call, email, and videoconferencing.

We will be completing client projects as promised. We are also able to accept new clients.

Most meetings will be held over the phone or online.

Our goal is to have personal interactions over the phone, videoconference, email, or messaging. We know that in some cases it is necessary to be in the same room together; when this is the scenario, we will be extra vigilant in cleaning all common surfaces including tables, door handles, chairs, etc. before and after meetings.

Since the team is currently working remotely, we are only taking in-person meetings by appointment; there is no availability for walk-ins at this time.
