Alberta Community Chamber Agreement for nine10 Digital Marketing Bootcamp

Overview

nine10 Incorporated, in partnership with the Alberta Chambers of Commerce and the Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce, is offering a 12-Week Intensive Digital Marketing Bootcamp. nine10 Incorporated is offering qualifying Chamber member businesses an exclusive discount of $1,750 per member when registering into the program and the participating Alberta Community Chamber will receive a referral fee of $100 for each member that registers into this program. In addition, the participating Alberta Community Chamber will receive a discount for their own employees into the program, receiving their first seat at $1,500, under these terms & conditions:

nine10 Incorporated will be responsible for:

1. Registering participants for the program (all registration systems will be provided by nine10)
2. Start-to-finish delivery of the program to participants
   
3. If/when needed, assist participants with applying for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant
4. Providing participating Alberta Community Chambers with a media kit for promoting the program.
5. Providing a discounted rate of $1,500 per seat for up to (2) staff members of each Alberta Community Chamber that registers into the program. (Limit of 2 seats per Alberta Community Chamber for one 12 week course each.)

nine10 Incorporated will have the right to:

1. Use the participating Alberta Community Chamber’s name and logo in advertising & marketing materials promoting the training program, both online and in print.

The participating Alberta Community Chamber will be responsible for:

1. Promotion of the program to their membership using their existing media channels, including on the Chamber’s website, social media, newsletter/emails, events and other activities (as appropriate), using the approved graphics/content in the media kit which will be provided.
2. Using the provided sign-up links to their members to use when registering for the program.
3. Confirming membership status (in good standing) for potential applicants to the program.
4. Providing nine10 Incorporated with a free membership for the duration the Alberta Community Chamber participates in this program.

The participating Alberta Community Chamber Member Business will receive:

1. A $1,750 discount off the full price of the program, as long as they are a member in good standing of the Alberta Community Chamber.

The participating Alberta Community Chamber will receive:

1. A referral fee of $100, paid to them directly by the Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce, for each Chamber business confirmed into the program.

Notes & Restrictions

1. In order for Alberta Community Chamber members to be eligible for the discount and referral fee, each individual Alberta Community Chamber must complete a registration process and agree to these terms.
2. It is understood that Alberta Community Chamber member businesses that apply for the training are not guaranteed automatic entry. They will need to register through an application process and prove that they meet certain criteria in order to be admitted to the program.
