Office Administrator & Accounts Coordinator

Part-Time | In-Office (Grande Prairie)

This position is foundational to our agency.

What This Role Does

You will support daily administrative operations and financial coordination, ensuring:

  • Our clients are met with a warm, intelligent smile 
  • Invoices are accurate and sent on time
  • Accounts receivable are followed up professionally
  • Financial reporting is organized and reliable
  • Digital and physical files are structured and accessible
  • Office systems are clear and maintained
  • The workspace feels welcoming and professional

     

You will work closely with leadership and our contract bookkeeper to maintain clean financial processes and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in office administration
  • Bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Strong Google Workspace skills 
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring processes
  • Strong written communication and proofreading ability

     

Experience in a digital marketing or professional services environment is an asset.

Work Structure & Flexibility

We are a digitally enabled agency and support hybrid work. In-office presence is required, while allowing flexibility when needed. We are prioritizing your schedule in this role, and anticipating something similar to a 4 day workweek, 5-6 hours per day.

We value accountability over clock-watching and trust over micromanagement.
