The City of Grande Prairie Community Social Development Department was in search of a way to professionally present their new Five Year Plan to End Homelessness in Grande Prairie 2015 – 2019. The intent was to have both printed and digital documents available to stakeholders, media, and the general public.
In addition, this document needed to have a long shelf-life of five+ years, and this relevancy needed to be considered for the document.
It was recommended to create a 32-page printed booklet and a 25-page digital document for the City of Grande Prairie Website. The most important aspect of this project was to ensure that the large volume of information was presented in a logical and aesthetically pleasing way.

nine10 used the City of Grande Prairie Community Social Development’s 33-page word document and completed the layouts for the booklet. Once approved, the booklet was pared down to better suit an online audience who might like to print the report.
Design, layout, and print management were all integral parts of this project and were completed on time and on budget.
