When we came to nine10 to design and build our firm a website, we were unable to give them much guidance outside of to use our logo and describe our company. As any business owner can testify, your very first year in business is the hardest. My first year has been a bloody nightmare. I am a 26 year old mother of 3 who thought owning a shoe and hand bag store was an absolutely fantastic idea...so I bought one...literally. I have a couple years of business school, but no formal training. So its safe to say I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
