As any business owner can testify, your very first year in business is the hardest. My first year has been a bloody nightmare. I am a 26 year old mother of 3 who thought owning a shoe and hand bag store was an absolutely fantastic idea...so I bought one...literally. I have a couple years of business school, but no formal training. So its safe to say I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. And trust me I've made every single mistake there is to make, with the exception of hiring Nine10 Inc. It was clear to everyone that the one thing that Sole Addiction was lacking the most was an image, BRANDING is what nine10 calls it. So they created one. Within a week of "unleasing the Sole Addiction spell" Grande Prairie residents were flocking downtown to satisfy their cravings for desirable shoes and handbags. And I am so very proud to confess that for the past SIX months, Sole Addiciton has seen an average increase in monthly sales of 45%. AMAZING!!!! The story doesn't end there. Have you seen my website? Hard to believe that a local marketing company from small town Alberta can produce an online store that literally outshines the corporate competition. But Nine 10 has a plan, and I know I'll be okay as long as I have the three of them to support me.
