Hi, wondering how designers like the glossy monitors. I'm shopping for a new monitor and I think I might be willing to let go of some contrast ration in order to not have to deal with glare. Any thoughts? Thx.

For freelancers starting out. My biggest advice is to make sure you keep your business bank account separate from your personal, and pay yourself every two weeks the exact same amount out of the business account. It'll leave you money left over for tax time, and then you won't be covering business expenses out of your personal. It also leaves you room for growth, it'll be much easier to hire contractors and employees in the future if you're already trained to organize your money.
